After you receive you product you will receive an email asking you about you feedback.
Delivery time is usually takes 2- 7 days after we have received your order, but may take longer due to Covid-19, if your order has been delayed for more than one week please contact on our customer care number.
Once your purchase equals BD50 or more (At our physical stores only), you will provided with a pamphlet to fill in your details and an ECP card will be mailed to you. (Good purchased online do not count towards ECP points)
Junaid Branches are usually open 10:00 AM till 10:00 PM, but some of our branches in Saudi open 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM then open again at 4:00 PM till 10:00 AM.

We currently only delivery to the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE).

To order a gift for someone, after adding your billing information you can change the shipping information to the person’s address.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have signed up.
Once the order is confirmed on Junaid website, you cannot cancel the order manually. But you can contact us and we will cancel it for you. Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: 00973 36896665
Paste the tracking number in Smsa website https://www.smsaexpress.com/ (You can find your tracking number and the courier company name in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed).
Cash upon delivery to all GCC countries available in our website, and by specific Credit cards. Within Bahrain Benefit pay is available as well.
A review form will be sent to you 1 day later after your purchase where you can review our products or our delivery service.
We only employ a single courier at the moment which is SMSA.
This service is only available for some areas ( Bahrain & UAE ). Delivery will be in accordance with the opening hours of the Head Office from 8 AM to 5 PM.
If the delivery directly from the company Syed Junaid. You will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange the delivery time so please respond to such calls for not to cause any delay in your order delivery. Also, please make sure you are available at the agreed time and location.
