How can I give my feedback about my order?

After you receive you product you will receive an email asking you about you feedback.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time usually takes 2 - 7 days but can take longer if your region is far from city centers. You can email us your order ID and we will provide you with an Aramex tracking code to use.

How can I apply ECP (exclusive customer program)?

Once your purchase equals BD50 or more (At our physical stores only), you will provided with a pamphlet to fill in your details and an ECP card will be mailed to you. (Good purchased online do not count towards ECP points)

What are the Junaid branch timings?

Junaid Branches are usually open 10:00 AM till 10:00 PM, but some of our branches in Saudi open 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM then open again at 4:00 PM till 10:00 AM.

Paste the tracking number in Aramex website www.aramex.com (You can find your tracking number and the courier company name in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed).

Cash upon delivery to the country of Bahrain only available in our website, and by specific Credit cards. Within Bahrain Benefit pay is available as well.

How do I leave a review for the fragrance or accessories?

A review form will be sent to you 1 day later after your purchase where you can review our products or our delivery service.

What Delivery company do you use?

We only employ a single courier at the moment which is Aramex.

Do you have express delivery service ?

This service is only available for some areas ( Bahrain & UAE ). Delivery will be in accordance with the opening hours of the Head Office from 8 AM to 5 PM.

What happens to my order when I don’t receive it ?

If the delivery directly from the company Syed Junaid. You will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange the delivery time so please respond to such calls for not to cause any delay in your order delivery. Also, please make sure you are available at the agreed time and location.
